MINO Female Artist Mentorship (FAM) is a 6 month individual development path aimed at emerging multidisciplinary female artists in their first five years of practice.
From fall 23’ to spring 24’ the mentee will be intensively coached by an established artist mentor, who will guide them through conceptual and technical challenges and support the continued professionalisation of the artist with particular focus on intrapersonal development. The goal of this program is to contribute to the intersectional challenges faced by women artists of colour.
The program consists of:
6 coaching sessions by established artists-mentors Otobong Nkanga and Leonard Pongo.

A working budget for the artist
Masterclasses on the business of art and goal-setting
Check-in lunch sessions with the MINO team
The option of a self-curated open studio exhibition and/or other form of process-oriented exchange with an audience
24/7 access to workspace at MINO in Antwerp
