YIN YOGA WITH NATALIA

This yoga group is for every woman who pays conscious care and attention to her body and doesn't mind doing it alongside other women. The exercises are feasible for everyone, even if you are convinced that you are too stiff or too old. Taking time for yourself requires an effort and is difficult for many women to achieve. That's why Natalia allows you to take this 'me moment'. A safe place where every woman can and may be herself.

  • Exercises and training to consciously pay attention to the moment and to investigate what is happening in you at that time. Through breathing exercises, mindfulness mediation, but also by visualization or friendliness.

  • MyoYin is the combination of MyoFascial Release and Yin Yoga. This will allow you to experience an even deeper relaxation. The yin postures can also become easier. We use various types of balls, varying in size and hardness and various types of ball techniques to massage the target area and prepare for the yin pose.

  • Yin Yang Flow yoga is an ideal combination of a slightly active Vinyasa yoga and a quiet, meditative form of Yin yoga that focuses on deep relaxation of body and mind. Gentle exercises combined with the light, flowing effort of Vinyasa yoga, in which breathing, the technique of the postures and the smooth transition between the postures are central.
